The Beginning and the First Creation · 27Verses
1In the beginning there was only the sea, and upon it there was neither name, nor road, nor house.
2The deep returned only the sound of itself, and the heavens had not yet divided the day from the night.
3Then Nature set His purpose upon the deep, and called forth the light that had not been seen.
4And when the light drove back the darkness, Nature called the brightness Day, and the shadow that remained He called Night.
5Nature stretched forth His hand into the midst of the sea; the waters parted, and the wet earth breathed for the first time.
6He raised the earth and made an island, and He called its name Victoria, for many lives were to overcome together upon it.
7Nature set waterways in the low places, and raised rocks and forests upon the heights.
8Thus was the beginning established in Victoria: the trial appointed for its season came near unto the village, yet those who walked in self-control were not forsaken.
9And concerning the beginning, Nature looked upon the village, and set self-control among the people of Victoria, that the covenant might not fail.
10And concerning the beginning, Nature looked upon the village, and set peace among the people of Victoria, that the covenant might not fail.
11Thus was drought established in Victoria: drought came near unto the village, yet those who walked in mercy were not forsaken.
12Now Nature said unto the villagers, “Remember the beginning; let not the trial appointed for its season turn your hearts from humility.” And they kept the saying in their memory.
13And concerning the beginning, Nature looked upon the village, and set humility among the people of Victoria, that the covenant might not fail.

23Now Nature said unto the villagers, “Remember the central warehouse; let not the trial appointed for its season turn your hearts from self-control.” And they kept the saying in their memory.
24Now Nature said unto the villagers, “Remember the beginning; let not the trial appointed for its season turn your hearts from faithfulness.” And they kept the saying in their memory.
25Nature appointed a season for faith, and a season for the trial appointed for its season; but unto the people was given the choice to keep reconciliation.
26And concerning the beginning, Nature looked upon the village, and set love among the people of Victoria, that the covenant might not fail.
27In those days the villagers beheld the village; and Nature taught them that faithfulness is greater than abundance, and that envy maketh even a full house poor.
