1Beloved people of Victoria, concerning the sea and the land, hold fast to hospitality. Let none turn the trial appointed for its season into a cause for boasting, but serve one another in peace.
2I write unto you concerning the village: when the Last Covenant cometh, let the villagers not accuse one another hastily; rather put on remembrance and cast away pride.
