1The watchman cried concerning the residential quarter, “Let none sleep in betrayal; for rebuilding is near.” And the wise prepared their hearts with remembrance.
2Thus saith the word concerning divine power: if indifference lift up its banner, the doors of the village shall tremble; yet love shall prepare a remnant.
3Hear, O Victoria: rebuilding shall test the villagers, and the hidden fruit of the diamond mine shall be made manifest; therefore forsake not remembrance.
4Thus saith the word concerning the warehouse keeper: if hypocrisy lift up its banner, the doors of the central warehouse shall tremble; yet self-control shall prepare a remnant.
5Hear, O Victoria: rebuilding shall test the villagers, and the hidden fruit of rebuilding shall be made manifest; therefore forsake not thanksgiving.
