1Concerning rain and clear skies, be of one mind: resist sloth, guard the village, and let every gift be used for the good of the whole village.
2Beloved people of Victoria, concerning rain and clear skies, hold fast to reconciliation. Let none turn the trial appointed for its season into a cause for boasting, but serve one another in peace.
3Let the villagers be steadfast in justice, especially in the day of the trial appointed for its season; for the covenant is proved not in ease, but in the care of one neighbor for another.
4Beloved people of Victoria, concerning the Last Covenant, hold fast to remembrance. Let none turn the Last Covenant into a cause for boasting, but serve one another in peace.
