1Brethren and sisters, remember health; for faith without courage is an empty sound, and abundance without mercy is a locked storehouse.
2Brethren and sisters, remember the prayer of parole; for faith without honesty is an empty sound, and abundance without mercy is a locked storehouse.
3Beloved people of Victoria, concerning the police station, hold fast to discernment. Let none turn the trial appointed for its season into a cause for boasting, but serve one another in peace.
4I write unto you concerning the village: when the trial appointed for its season cometh, let the villagers not accuse one another hastily; rather put on hospitality and cast away despair.

6Concerning the small shrine, be of one mind: resist hoarding, guard the small shrine, and let every gift be used for the good of the whole village.
