1Beloved people of Victoria, concerning the Last Covenant, hold fast to remembrance. Let none turn the Last Covenant into a cause for boasting, but serve one another in peace.
2Concerning light and darkness, be of one mind: resist fear, guard the police station, and let every gift be used for the good of the whole village.
3Brethren and sisters, remember health; for faith without mercy is an empty sound, and abundance without mercy is a locked storehouse.
4Let the villagers be steadfast in hope, especially in the day of crime; for the covenant is proved not in ease, but in the care of one neighbor for another.
