The Promise to the Remnant concerning the sea and the land · 26Verses
1The watchman cried concerning the sea and the land, “Let none sleep in indifference; for the trial appointed for its season is near.” And the wise prepared their hearts with discernment.
2And I saw the village beneath a troubled sky, and fire stood at the gate; but those who remembered hope discerned the hour.

6Behold, a sign of the trial appointed for its season draweth near unto the village; therefore let the villagers of the night keep watch, and let love be found among them.
7Behold, a sign of the fog draweth near unto the village; therefore let the villagers keep watch, and let remembrance be found among them.
8Behold, a sign of the golden age draweth near unto the central warehouse; therefore let the farmers keep watch, and let self-control be found among them.

23Thus saith the word concerning the sea and the land: if greed lift up its banner, the doors of the residential quarter shall tremble; yet remembrance shall prepare a remnant.
24Behold, a sign of crime draweth near unto the village; therefore let the children and the elders keep watch, and let loyalty be found among them.
25Thus saith the word concerning the sea and the land: if indifference lift up its banner, the doors of the village shall tremble; yet patience shall prepare a remnant.
26Behold, a sign of the Last Covenant draweth near unto the village; therefore let the villagers keep watch, and let patience be found among them.
